Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, I support partners in redefining their relationship, improving communication, and building trust, connection, and emotional safety.

I am a PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) trained couples therapist and draw from Attachment Theory, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to help partners stay regulated and emotionally attuned during moments of stress or conflict. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping couples and individuals in relationships explore how early attachment experiences, trauma histories, and modern dating dynamics shape the way they love, fight, and repair.
